Monday, the two-man band Dog's Eye View will perform from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. Co-Director of SPEC Concerts Vivek Tiwary said the band recently opened up for Counting Crows and Tori Amos on their tours. "They're sort of song-oriented rock music -- interesting lyrics and meaningful topics without being really experimental or progressive," the College and Wharton senior said. According to The Wharton Journal, Milken received his MBA from Wharton in 1979, and has an estimated net worth of over $500 million. He is often credited with having revolutionized the modern capital marketplace, the Journal states. Milken's talk is being sponsored by the Wharton School's Zweig Executive Dinner Series Committee. -- Jorie Green Wharton conference Sat. The Wharton Undergraduate Management Club will host its seventh annual conference tomorrow in Steinberg-Dietrich 351. The conference, entitled "Information Technology: What Tomorrow's Manager Needs to Know" will host spokespeople from seven companies. Each year, the Management Club hosts a conference dealing with an issue facing the business world, said Wharton sophomore Scott Aronow, a member of the club. Information technology was selected as the focus of the conference because it is a "booming area in the field," he added. The conference will run from 9:45 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wharton Computing Director Gerry McCartney will be the opening speaker. -- Michelle Bovin
