Compiled by DP Sports Staff The host Big Red breezed to victory with 128 points. Brown finished second with 94 points, and the Quakers had 84 to place third. Then came Harvard, Dartmouth, Navy, Princeton, Yale and Columbia. Penn emerged victorious in two events. Junior Monica McCullough took first place in the long jump with a leap of 18 feet, 4.75 inches and sophomore Daria Smith won the 55-meter hurdles in 8.12 seconds. Her time was good enough to qualify her for the ECAC Championships this coming weekend in Syracuse. The Quakers met withdisappointment in some events. Penn coach Betty Costanza had expected Penn's Tiffany Archer, Nicole Maloy and Satsuki Mitchell to sweep the top three spots in the high jump. Instead, Archer and Maloy had to settle for a tie for second behind Harvard's Sarah Barber. All three had a height of 5-6, but Barber won the tiebreaker because she needed fewer attempts. Nevertheless, Archer and Maloy qualified for the ECACs. Other Penn ECAC qualifiers were Maggie Morrow in the 5,000 meters, Angie Jimenez in the pentathlon, Jenee Anzelone in the 800 meters, Jamila Worthington in the 200 meters, and the Quakers' 4x400- and 4x800-meter relay teams.
