The Penn women's squash team goes on the road this weekend to challenge Yale and Brown. The Quakers expect a tough contest from both the Elis and the Bears. Last year, Yale crushed Penn 8-1. Jill Viola had the only win for the Quakers, who were also missing their No. 1 player. Although Yale looks competitive again this year, Penn coach Demer Holleran feels Penn is stronger, more fit and better focused this year. Penn is going into this weekend with confidence from its 8-1 domination of Haverford on Wednesday. "We shouldn't be getting blown away by them," Holleran said. "We should be able to run with them. We will try and give them a run for their money." No. 6 Brown is not as strong as Yale. "Brown is the more winnable match," Holleran said. "It is going to take really wanting it in each position to win, but it is within our capability," she added. She hopes the experience from previous matches will allow the team to win more matches instead of just playing well. Penn has changed its ladder a little, which is positive because it proves the Quakers are working hard on their games. "We will definitely carry our momentum all the way through Sunday," Holleran said.
