Warren Goldsmith and his wife, Marcia, are each demanding more than $100,000 apiece. They claim to have suffered personal injury. The Goldsmith's attorney John Willis said the Museum visitor was badly injured when he fell down the Museum's main staircase. Peter Samson, the University's external attorney, said that the University would defend the charges "vigorously." He declined to comment further on the case. Willis said he believes the case will go to trial before the end of the year. -- Jordana Horn
