I'm curious. Referring to Robbyn Leventhal's letter (DP 2/5/92), what could possibly be the reason behind refusing to take an obviously injured University student to the hospital in a University vehicle? What justification is there for forcing someone to waste not only time, but one's own money, in order to get to the hospital? Not to belittle ten stitches, but what if the injury had been really serious? Is the Escort driver qualified to judge who should get a ride to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and who should not? Apparently so. Evidently, no one can get a ride to HUP. Somehow I find that reasoning faulty. SARA JABLON College '94
