The program had been canceled last year due to low attendance and it looked like that excuse was going to be given again this year. But Sexual Health Educator Kate Webster has finally come around and decided that there might be a reason to run the event anyway. Now it's up to the students to attend AIDS Awareness Week activities to show the administration that we do indeed care about our health and the future of our generation. Maybe all it took to wake America, and the University community, from its apathy was a little Magic. But as FLASH (Facilitating Learning About Sexual Health) says in their fliers, "it takes more than Magic to stop AIDS." Let's all take some time to learn more about AIDS.
