Phila. Streets Department creates unit to make roads more accessible three years after lawsuit

In hopes of settling a 2019 lawsuit, Philadelphia's Streets Department is adding a 13-person team to address potholes, cracked sidewalks, and non-ADA compliant curb cuts and ramps.
