Senior Casey Kent has led the way for Penn wrestling as of late, culminating in a third-place finish at the Southern Scuffle over winter break.

Penn wrestlers were back on campus a few days early this semester to kick off the 2016 dual meet season in a hard fought 27-10 loss to Lehigh at the Palestra on Sunday. The Quakers had already gotten a taste of the 10th ranked Mountainhawks over winter break at the Southern Scuffle in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Freshman Karim Hussein, who hails from Cairo, Egypt, is one of the many international players on the men's squash team that has helped give the Quakers an undefeated start to 2015.

We’re in uncharted territory. With back-to-back wins over top 5 teams from the men’s side along with another perfect start to the season on the women’s side, associate head coach Gilly Lane finds himself as a leader of one of the most successful Penn squash programs in school history. “It hasn’t really sunk in yet,” Lane said.



For his performance anchoring Penn football's defense throughout their title campaign, senior linebacker Tyler Drake was named Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year.

To the victor goes the spoils. Fresh off leading Penn football to an Ivy League title, senior linebacker Tyler Drake was awarded the Bushnell Cup as the Ancient Eight's Defensive Player of the Year Monday. In a ceremony at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York, Drake beat out fellow finalist Dartmouth senior linebacker Will McNamara for the honor. "He's a tireless worker.
