Penn softball faced 10 teams in seven days at the USF-Clearwater Parks and Recreation Invitational Tournament in Clearwater, Fla., while Penn baseball also took a tour down South for its spring break.

Junior forward AJ Brodeur and sophomore center Eleah Parker finished off their stellar regular seasons in a pair of weekend sets over spring break, earning the duo DP Sports Players of the Break. 

It took everything in the Quakers’ power to protect their perfect record, defeating hometown rival Drexel on Tuesday by a score of 12-10 and No. 21 Georgetown on Saturday, 8-7.

Penn earned its first victory of the year on the first day of the inaugural Philly 4 Lacrosse Classic against area rival No. 11 Villanova. 

After all the hand wringing, all the tight losses, and all the anxiety-ridden weekend nights, the Quakers are right where we expected them to be: playing in the Ivy League Tournament.

In a thrilling, back-and-forth affair, Penn men’s basketball defeated Brown, 58-51, to secure the fourth and final spot in the Ivy League tournament.

The men would lock up the fourth and final spot in the Ivy League Tournament with a win, and the women would clinch at least a share of the regular season Ivy League title with a victory.

If you happen to be within 50 miles of campus as spring break winds to a close, your butt needs to be in a seat. Scratch that — don’t sit. 

In a must-win situation, Penn men’s basketball jumped out to an early lead against Yale and never looked back, taking down the Bulldogs, 77-66.  

The final weekend of Ivy League regular season basketball is here, and with it brings a lot of excitement and drama. 

With the last weekend of Ivy League play approaching, Penn men’s basketball still has it all to play for.

The Quakers finished in third place after four days of competition at the Ivy League Championships at Brown with 1120.5 points.  

On Saturday night, Penn men's and women's basketball both scored much-needed wins over Dartmouth. Here's what to take away from the games.

The Quakers pulled away thanks to runs of 14 and 13 straight points to defeat the Big Green, 65-51.  

Despite sticking with the Nittany Lions for the entire game, the Red and Blue let in two last minute goals to go down 14-15 in a dramatic finish.

After a loss to Harvard on Friday, the men are in must-win mode, while the women are looking to remain in first in the Ivy League with a win over the Big Green. 

Penn got goals from nine different players and five assists from junior attacker Gabby Rosenzweig, earning a 15-4 win over Yale to keep its record perfect on the year.
