Last Saturday, Penn football tight end Ryan O'Malley signed as an undrafted free agent with the Oakland Raiders.

Ryan O’Malley, a tight end who completed his senior season with Penn football last fall, was signed by the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent Saturday. After going unselected in the seven rounds of the NFL draft, the New Jersey native agreed to an undisclosed contract with the AFC West team.

At the 122nd Penn Relays this weekend, Penn track and field felt right at home.

NEW YORK — Going into the final weekend of the season versus Columbia, Penn baseball had to be pretty much perfect if they hoped to gain a game on Princeton and earn a berth in the elusive Ivy Championship Series. Unfortunately, that was not to be.

Elite athletes of all varieties will head to Franklin Field this weekend, as collegiate superstars in several different events will use the Penn Relays to tune up for NCAA Finals and, hopefully, the Rio Olympics.

Last one, fast one. In their final cup race of the year, Penn heavyweight rowing is headed to Ithaca to take on Ancient Eight rivals Cornell and Dartmouth.

Slip slip, slide away. After lightning delayed the start of Tuesday's game by almost an hour, Penn men's came back from a three-goal, fourth-quarter deficit to tie the score 8-8, before falling in overtime to Philly neighbor Saint Joseph's, 9-8, in the team's regular season finale. “I think our biggest issue on the day was facing off,” coach Mike Murphy said.
