“Duke is a special place, and I just knew I wanted to be here the moment I stepped foot on campus,” Richardson wrote in a statement to The Daily Pennsylvanian.
During the conference, which saw football players and alumni of the program in attendance, Santos introduced his vision that focused on instilling a winning culture at Penn.
At New Hampshire, Santos amassed a 37-24 record including three FCS Playoff appearances in five seasons with the program.
