Penn’s Division of Public Safety held a flag raising ceremony Friday in remembrance of those killed during the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.
The event, hosted on College Green, marked the 25th anniversary of 9/11. The flag in front of College Hall was raised and then lowered to half-staff by the University of Pennsylvania Police Department Honor Guard in a moment of silence to honor the victims.
