Worker for Schuylkill Banks. Said this flood was higher than 2014 and last August. Running bridge was purposely built staggered so it wouldn't be fully submerged. He was out shoveling mud and will continue once levels lower. His kayak shed was pushed down the river. Tide drops water 6 feet. May remain high depending on flow from the North.
