The annual Edible Books Contest took place at Kelly Writers House this Monday evening. For the second consecutive year, the event was in honor of Blaze Bernstein, a former Penn student who died in a homicide in January 2018. At Penn, Bernstein was involved with the Kelly Writers House and had participated in the Edible Books Contest in both his freshman and sophomore years. There were a variety of edible interpretations of books including "The Catcher in the Rye" and "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie," and the foods ranged from cake to broccoli. Take a look at the event in photos.
