April 3: At 9:55 p.m., an affiliated 25-year-old woman reported being approached by two unknown men, one of whom punched her multiple times before taking her phone and bag.
April 3: An unaffiliated 29-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at the 2100 block of Orthodox Street.
April 5: An unaffiliated 44-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at the 2600 block of Wilder Street.
April 3: At 1:29 a.m., an affiliated 53-year-old woman reported damage to a rear fence and graffiti on a car at 3401 Grays Ferry Avenue.
April 4: At 5:29 a.m., Penn Police, the Philadelphia Fire Department and Penn Fire and Emergency Services responded to an electrical fire at 307 S. 39th Street. The fire department extinguished the fire.
April 4: At 2:03 a.m., an affiliated 26-year-old man was arrested on the 4000 block of Sansom Street for publicly urinating on a car.
April 8: At 4:06 p.m., an unaffiliated 45-year-old man was arrested for urinating on a wall at the 300 block of N. 13th Street.
April 5: At 2:34 a.m., an unaffiliated 37-year-old suspect was observed panhandling and was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
April 5: At 3:56 p.m., an unaffiliated 35-year-old woman reported that a suspect grabbed her from behind, punched her and slammed her to the ground at the 4000 block of Walnut Street.
April 6: An unaffiliated 39-year-old woman reported that a man pushed her and then fled at 2 p.m. on April 3 at 4000 block of Spruce.
April 5: At 3:18 a.m., an unaffiliated 40-year-old woman was arrested for driving while under the influence of illegal drugs after she failed to complete right turn and hit a pole.
April 5: At 1:29 a.m., an affiliated 18-year-old man was cited after fighting with another man on the highway at the 100 block of S. 41st Street and refusing to disperse. He was cited for disorderly conduct and underage drinking.
April 7: At 8:35 a.m., a witness observed a 44-year-old man push a woman to the ground on 40th and Sansom streets. He was cited for disorderly conduct.
