Hello Class of 2017! My name is Alex George! Student government is nothing new to me; in high school I helped raise over $45,000 for my high school class through fundraisers, the selling of class merchandise, and even a male beauty pageant. While collecting money and planning for these events, I acted as a representative of my class. I worked alongside school administrators, negotiated with student groups, and efficiently allocated money between multiple projects. If elected to the UA, I will perform nearly identical tasks as your representative. And I assure you that I will be a true representative — every decision I make will be made according to the wants and beliefs of Penn’s student body. Class of 2017, I’m here for you, and I can’t wait to get started.
