I’m Hari Joy, and I’m running to be your Freshman Class President. The Class of 2016 cannot be described in one word. We are 50 states, 69 countries, 2465 unique individuals. We have different tastes, different skills, and different ways of doing things; but, the one thing we all have in common is that Penn is our new home. We can gain so much just by interacting, yet as a class, we seldom do. I’m here to change that, not to make fake promises. I’m ready to plan events that all 2465 of us can be a part of, that will foster a sense of community, and help us all realize just how special this place is. I want to make sure that we can look back upon our four years at Penn and say “we really did make the best of it!” Let’s do this, together. Hari Joy 2016.
