The Quakers drowned local foe West Chester Friday, as the men and women won 170-105 and 164-111, respectively.
Junior Brendan McHugh set Sheerr pool records in the 100- and 200-yard breaststrokes, winning both events. His 55.18 time in the 100 broke a 13-year old record set by Brendan Hanson, a Haverford High School student at the time, who went on to win silver and bronze at the 2004 Olympics.
