Sept. 12 — At about 12:45 a.m., Christopher Matthews, 19, unaffiliated with the University and of the 900 Block of Dutch Neck Road in Princeton, N.J., was arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer on the 3900 block of Sansom Street.
Burglary
Sept. 11 — At about 3:15 a.m., an unknown suspect was reported to have removed computers and personal items from the residence of two female students, both 20, on the 100 block of S. 39th Street.
Theft
Sept. 16 — At about 9:30 a.m., Frank Bulls, 51, unaffiliated with the University and of the 4100 block of Leidy Street, was arrested for allegedly attempting to remove merchandise from Fresh Grocer, at 4001 Walnut St., without paying.
Sept. 16 — At about 12:30 p.m., an unknown suspect was reported to have removed a phone without paying from the T-Mobile store at 3441 Chestnut St.
Sept. 16 — A male student, 23, reported at about 8:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed his bicycle, secured with a cable lock, from 3320 Smith Walk.
Sept. 15 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 19, reported at about 1:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed a secured bicycle from the 3900 block of Walnut Street.
Sept. 15 — At about 4 p.m., someone was reported to have removed items from three secured vehicles at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. All complainants were unaffiliated with the University.
Sept. 15 — A man unaffiliated with the University reported at about 4:30 p.m. that someone removed an unattended phone from HUP.
Sept. 15 — A female student, 25, reported at about 6 p.m. that an unknown suspect entered her secured vehicle on the unit block of S. 43rd Street and removed property left in plain view.
Sept. 15 — A female student, 28, reported at 6:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her laptop from the McNeil Building, at 3718 Locust Walk.
Sept. 14 — At about 1:45 a.m., a suspect was reported to have removed a bicycle from a porch railing on the 4000 block of Pine Street.
Sept. 14 — Two female students, 18 and 19, reported at about 9:30 a.m. that someone removed postal packages from the 4000 block of Pine Street.
Sept. 14 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 57, reported at about 10:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect entered his secured vehicle on the 4200 block of Spruce Street and removed a GPS device and other personal property left in plain view.
Sept. 14 — A man unaffiliated with the University reported at about 10:15 p.m. that someone entered his secured vehicle on the 100 block of S. 43rd Street and removed a radio and personal property left in plain view.
Sept. 12 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 21, reported at about 10:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unsecured bicycle from the 3400 block of Chestnut Street.
Sept. 10 — A female University employee, 46, reported at about 12:15 p.m. that a known suspect removed property from her apartment on the 4200 block of Locust Street.
Sept. 10 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 50, reported at about 6:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect entered her secured car at Rhodes Field — at 450 Hollenback Drive — and removed her purse.
Sept. 10 — A female student, 22, reported at about 9:30 p.m. that someone removed her unattended bag at the White Dog Cafe, at 3420 Sansom St.
Other Assault
Sept. 10 — At about 4 p.m., a female University employee, 46, reported from the 200 block of S. 40th Street that a known suspect made threats by phone.
Fraud
Sept. 15 — A male student, 23, reported at about 5:45 p.m. that fraudulent charges were made to his credit card at Bank of America, at 3925 Walnut St.
Sept. 14 — A female student, 21, reported at about 8:45 p.m. that fraudulent charges were made to her credit card on the 3500 block of Chestnut St.
Sept. 10 — A male student, 22, reported at about 3 p.m. that fraudulent charges were made to his credit card at the Radian Apartments, at 3925 Walnut St.
