The Penn volleyball team earned its first-ever NCAA bid tonight after defeating Brown, 3-1, in a playoff match at Yale's Lee Amphitheater in New Haven, Conn.
Before the match began, Penn and Brown were officially recognized as co-champions of the league, as each team posted an 11-3 record in Ivy play during the regular season.
