Theft € October 5 -- A male University student reported that a watch and cellular phone were taken from his room in the Delta Psi fraternity house at 3637 Locust Walk between 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. The total value of the missing items was $2,550.
€ October 4 -- A male University student reported that his bicycle and cable box -- together valued between $500 and $600 -- were taken from the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity house at 3940 Spruce Street between 11:10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The student had seen an unfamiliar man in the house at about 11 a.m. but assumed he was a contractor doing work on the house.
€ October 4 -- A woman whose affiliation to the University is unknown reported that her secured bicycle was taken from the 3600 block of Spruce Street between 9 a.m. and 3 a.m. The bike was valued at $115.
€ October 3 -- A male University student reported that his laptop computer and 315 CDs were taken from on top of his locker in the Law School at 3400 Chestnut Street between 12:15 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. The total value of the items taken was about $2,000.
€ October 3 -- A male University student reported that his unattended, unsecured cellular phone was taken from the Moore Building at 200 S. 33rd Street between noon and 12:30 p.m. The cell phone was valued at $50.
€ October 3 -- A male employee of Shula's Steak 2 reported that a man stole a briefcase from the employee's office in the restaurant at 3601 Chestnut Street at 3 p.m. The briefcase contained several credit cards, a driver's license and a gun permit. The employee described the man as a black male, 6'2" tall and 180 pounds, with a goatee and a dark complexion.
€ October 3 -- A man whose affiliation to the University is not known reported that his briefcase -- which contained keys, a PalmPilot, a cellular phone, a walkman and asthma spray -- was taken from the Chemistry Building at 231 S. 34th Street between 3 p.m. and 6:20 p.m. The value of the missing items was unknown.
€ October 3 -- A male University student reported that his backpack was taken from an unlocked office in the Hayden Building at 3320 Smith Walk between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. The value of the missing items was unknown.
