Three robbed at 47th and Pine Wednesday According to University Police Detective Phil Lydon, no one was injured in the incident, which was handled by Philadelphia Police. Philadelphia Police later apprehended one of the two suspects after observing him running and throwing a wallet and black revolver on the 4800 block of Osage Street. Police arrested West Philadelphia resident David Howell,18, and charged him with robbery, aggravated assault and related charges. He was also charged with violating a firearms act. Philadelphia Police are still looking for the other suspect, who is described as a 5'4" black man, aged 18- to 20-years old. -- Laura McClure
