Driving Under the InfluenceDriving Under the Influence· April 14 -- University Police responded to a scene at the intersection of 38th and Chestnut streets at around 2 a.m. to find a car stuck on the median strip of 38th Street. The car had knocked down a street light before coming to a halt. Police arrested 47-year old Roosevelt Diggs, the driver of the vehicle, after they determined he was intoxicated.
