FraudFraud· March 21 -- A man with no affiliation to the University was arrested at about 1:40 a.m. after employees of the Penn Tower Hotel, located at 300 S. 33rd Street, reported that he refused to pay his hotel bill. The man, who remained unidentified as of yesterday, was taken to the Philadelphia Police Department station at 55th and Pine streets for processing.
