AssaultAssault· February 24 -- Children's Hospital of Philadelphia security officers reported that a man unaffiliated with the University got into an altercation with a security officer at the hospital at about 10:30 a.m. The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Louis Moye, allegedly pushed the officer, who then pepper sprayed the suspect. The suspect was arrested and taken to the Philadelphia Police Department's Southwest Detectives Bureau.
