TheftTheft· April 14 -- An female student's unattended backpack was stolen from Franklin Field between 2:40 and 3 p.m. The backpack was later recovered from a construction site at 33rd and Locust streets, but the student's jacket, watch, PennCard and credit cards were missing from the bag.
