Representatives from the campaigns of incumbent Democratic Senator Harris Wofford and his Republican challenger, Congressman Rick Santorum, are scheduled to debate at 7 p.m. in an event sponsored by Campus Green Vote. Campus Green Vote is an environmentally focused division of Youth Vote '94, a non-partisan organization working to increase voter turnout and political awareness among 18- to 25-year-olds. The debate will consist of an opening statement by each representative followed by a question and answer session. Hedy Aronson, the debate organizer, said last night that the first four questions will deal with environmental issues but the rest of the debate will deal with questions solicited from different groups including College Democrats and College Republicans. Aronson said she had not yet been told who will represent each campaign. --Jeremy Kahn 'A.' magazine editor will speak The keynote address of Asian Pacific American Heritage Week will be delivered by A. magazine Editor-in-Chief Jeff Yang tonight, according to APAHW Chairperson Rishi Sikka, a Wharton senior. This year, the class will attempt to raise enough funds to pay for the tuition of an incoming freshman in need of financial aid for one semester, he said. Along with soliciting donations today on Locust Walk, seniors participating in the Gift Drive will also hold a "phone-a-thon" and send out mailings, said Rosenfield, a College senior. "We want seniors to start giving back to the school right now," he said. "We can leave our mark on the school and see our progress on the incoming freshman every year." --Jorie Green
