Running for president are College junior Robyn Kent and Wharton sophomore Jamal Powell. Wharton sophomore Kendrick Cox, and College sophomores William Walton and Sequana Blondell are seeking the position of vice president. College freshman Keron Smith is running unopposed for treasurer. Engineering freshman LaShanta Johnson and College sophomore Greg Denny are candidates for corresponding secretary, and Engineering freshman Ipyana Critton and Wharton sophomore Steve Miller are candidates for recording secretary. In addition, the positions of Student Activities Council representative, United Minorities Council representative, parliamentarian, and freshman representative are available. Mobray, a College senior, emphasized that nominations will remain open next week until election night. Elections will be held at 9:00 p.m. Thursday, February 3, in the W.E.B. DuBois College House's Multi-Purpose Room. All BSL members are eligible to vote. -- Lisa Levenson
