Sigma Phi Epsilon brother Peter Sunenshine said that Crane, the Sig Ep district governor, will speak on the laws behind the Interfraternity Council's new BYOB policy, and on laws regarding hazing and date rape. The presentation, co-sponsored by Sig Ep and the Chi Omega sorority, will be followed by a question and answer session, Sunenshine said.
