BRIEF: IFC to hold meeting tomorrow night

The IFC has been considering major changes in the way fraternities hold parties, including eliminating cover charges and requiring students to bring their own alcohol. Wessels said last night that before Thursday's meeting, the executive board will formulate recommended alterations to current party policys. He said he expects the body to vote on a proposal to change the present policy at the meeting. Lynn Westwater
