Assault

April 4 — A female complainant reported that while walking, she was struck by an unknown suspect who fled the scene at the intersection of 4000 Spruce St. at around 12:30 p.m.

March 31 — A 49-year-old female complainant was assaulted by a known suspect who left before the police arrived at 3800 Locust Walk at around 11:30 a.m.

Robbery

April 3 — Two 17-year-old males and a 15-year-old male were all arrested for allegedly approaching a 19-year-old female and forcibly taking her cell phone at the 4000 block of Baltimore at around 11:30 p.m.

Burglary

March 31 — A 40-year-old male reported an unknown person broke into the Christ Community Church — located at 4017 Chestnut St. — and took money at around 10:45 a.m.

Fraud

April 5 — A 21-year-old male student was informed by his bank that unauthorized charges occurred on his account at the 4000 block of Baltimore Ave. at around 11:45 a.m.

Theft

April 5 — A 20-year-old female student reported her wallet was taken from her unattended bag at Lover’s & Madmen — located at 28 S. 40th St. — at around 4:45 p.m.

April 4 — A 25-year-old male student reported his property was taken from his secured locker by an unknown suspect at Pottruck at around 7:00 p.m.

April 4 — A female complainant reported her unattended purse was taken by an unknown suspect at the Presbyterian Hospital — located at 51 N. 39th St. — at around 10:30 a.m.

April 4 — A 21-year-old female student reported her bike was taken by an unknown suspect at 3300 Walnut St. at around 10:15 a.m.

April 3 — A 50-year-old male employee reported that computers and other technology were taken from a shared, secured office at the Presbyterian Hospital — located at 51 N. 39th St. — at around 7:00 a.m.

April 2 — A 23-year-old female employee reported her secured bike was taken by an unknown suspect at the Presbyterian Hospital — located at 51 N. 39th St. — at around 7:30 p.m.

April 2 — Two 29-year-old male students reported that an unknown suspect removed items from their unsecured lockers at Pottruck at around 1:15 p.m.

April 1 — A 25-year-old male reported his unsecured bike was taken by an unknown suspect at the 4000 block of Walnut St. at around 11:15 p.m.

April 1 — A 19-year-old male student and a 21-year-old male student reported that their property was taken from their lockers by an unknown suspect at Pottruck at around 7:30 p.m.

April 1 — An 18-year-old female student reported her unattended property was taken at a party at the Sigma Chi chapter house — located at 3809 Locust Walk — at around 3:45 p.m.

March 31 — A 60-year-old female reported that her unsecured purse was taken by an unknown suspect at the Penn Bookstore — located at 3601 Walnut St. — at 2:45 p.m.

Vandalism

April 4 — A 39-year-old male employee reported graffiti on the building at 3231 Walnut St. at around 2:15 p.m.

Other Offense

April 4 — Richard Ramson, 33 and of the 1900 block of S. 24th St., was arrested for urinating in public behind the Division of Public Safety Headquarters — located at the 4000 block of Sansom — at around 3:30 p.m.

April 4 — Andre Serrano, 18 and of the 8300 block of Lynnewood Rd., was arrested for urinating on the side of a house at the 100 block of S. 41st St. at around 12:45 p.m.

April 1 — Alain Kilajian, 19, a student and of the 6700 block of Honesty Dr., was arrested for urinating near the softball field at Penn Park at around 12:00 p.m.

March 30 — Christina Nelson, 18, a student and of the 3300 block of Walnut St., was arrested for urinating on the 3900 block of Sansom sidewalk at around 1:45 a.m. A citation was issued.
