Robbery
March 29 — A male unaffiliated with the University reported at about 2:15 p.m. that a known offender struck him with an object and took personal property from him on the 400 block of University Avenue.
March 29 — George Kennedy, 51, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1300 block of Rockland Street, was arrested at about 1:45 p.m. for allegedly attempting to remove property from Hummus Restaurant, located at 3931 Walnut St, and assaulting a male unaffiliated with the University, 42.
Burglary
March 31 — A male student, 22, reported at about 12:15 p.m. that someone entered his residence on the 3900 block of Pine Street and removed personal property.
March 30 — A male student, 21, reported at about 2:15 p.m. that an unknown suspect entered his secured residence on the 3400 block of Sansom Street and removed personal property.
Assault
April 2 — A male unaffiliated with the University, 34, reported at about 6 p.m. that he was assaulted by an unknown suspect during an altercation at Franklin Field.
Auto Theft
April 2 — A male unaffiliated with the University, 20, reported at about 12 p.m. that someone took his vehicle without permission from the 4100 block of Walnut Street.
Vandalism
March 30 — A female University employee, 48, reported at about 12 a.m. that an unknown suspect broke a window to her vehicle at Garage 44, located at 426 Curie Blvd.
Fraud
April 1 — A complainant reported at about 7 p.m. that unauthorized charges were made on his credit card from the 4100 block of Walnut Street.
Theft
April 2 — A female unaffiliated with the University, 24, reported at about 5:30 p.m. that someone entered her secured vehicle and removed personal property, left in plain view, on the 4100 block of Locust Street.
April 1 — A female student, 19, reported at about 9 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended wallet from Claire Fagin Hall, located at 420 Guardian Dr.
April 1 — A male unaffiliated with the University, 64, reported at 5:30 p.m. that someone entered his vehicle and removed cash on the 4100 block of Walnut Street.
April 1 — A male University employee, 48, reported at about 4:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and removed personal property at the Penn Life Nursing Home, located at 4508 Chestnut St.
April 1 — A male unaffiliated with the University, 43, reported at about 2 p.m. that someone entered his unsecured vehicle and removed personal property on the 4000 block of Chancellor Street.
March 31 — A male student, 20, reported at about 5:45 p.m. that someone removed his unattended laptop from Van Pelt Library.
March 30 — A male student, 20, reported at about 11:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed items from his unattended wallet on the 4000 block of Baltimore Avenue.
March 29 — A female University employee, 32, reported at about 10 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended pocketbook from the Schattner Center, located at 240 S 40th St.
March 29 — A female student, 21, reported at about 12:30 p.m. that someone removed her unattended laptop from Huntsman Hall.
March 29 — A female student, 22, reported at about 10 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended bookbag from the 100 block of S. 39th Street.
