The short film documents the ways Academically Based Community Service courses facilitate connections between Penn and Robeson students.

The Garden Jams series consists of three performances — each from a different live band in the Penn Music Department.

Temple received over 38,000 applications — marking a 5% increase in applications — over the last year according to the university. 

The event will be held virtually from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will focus on solving problems at the intersection of environmental sustainability and Indigenous issues. 

Led by Penn School of Nursing researcher and professor José Bauermeister, the lab aims to create a welcoming hub for students and faculty to address problems affecting the LGBTQ community. 

The statement also noted high levels of anxiety for young people coinciding with the pandemic, and discussed the 3% national decline in suicides.

The mask order will remain for now, as Governor Tom Wolf’s administration immediately appealed and subsequently blocked the court’s decision.

The collaboration is dedicated to generating discussion and research on environmental justice, the climate crisis, and public engagement. 

The award is part of a $1.5 million grant awarded to Penn and the Robert R. Taylor School of Architecture and Construction Science at Tuskegee University.
