2019 is, in many ways, a historic season for the entire sport, as it marks the beginning of the much-hyped "Shot Clock Era."

On most sports teams, being a senior means becoming a leader on the team. Junkin has been training for that role since the beginning of his Penn career.

Now, at 33 years old, Lane is wise beyond his years. The future of Penn squash looks bright with him at the helm.

Senior Erin is in her last year as a swimmer for Penn, but she is now passing the baton to her freshman sister Katie Kiely.

With increased blood flow, cupping is thought to help reduce muscle tension and promote cell repair – functions that serve swimmers well with their high level of physical exertion.

It is her growth as a captain and a leader that is truly remarkable and has even taken Moore herself by surprise.

While varsity and club athletes alike utilize the Bubble to practice during the winter, most are left to wonder about its contents.

While the Quakers are well into their indoor season, there is a much lengthier vision on the horizon for these athletes with the outdoor season starting in March.

Goodman and Grasela both starred at Germantown Academy, a prep school in Fort Washington, Pa., less than an hour away from Penn.
