It was an up-and-down weekend across the Penn basketball world. Here are the plays that made our top five countdown.

Penn women’s lacrosse sealed their first home game of the calendar year with a win, holding the Blue Jays off for a 15-12 victory. 

The Quakers’ victory was paced by the performance of junior attacker Sean Lulley, whose efforts were good enough to earn him DP Sports Player of the Week honors. 

After a tough season-opening loss to Maryland, No. 8 Penn made the trip to Charlotte, N.C. to face No. 10 Duke, which the Quakers defeated by a score of 14-11. 

AJ Brodeur scored just 20 points between two games in New England over the weekend.

Senior forward AJ Brodeur — who averaged 17.9 points per game against the Crimson coming into the night — was held to just 12 points. 

Penn men's and women's basketball faces Harvard on Saturday night, with the women at home and the men playing in Cambridge, Mass.

Penn struggled all night on the offensive end, as the Quakers racked up 15 turnovers and 38 missed shots.

In their final dual meet of the season, Penn wrestling was unable to pull off a win against No. 11 Lehigh.

On Thursday, the Ivy League announced the All-Ivy teams for men’s and women’s squash, and Penn was well-represented. 

Following an impressive victory over No. 19 Georgetown, No. 15 Penn women’s lacrosse will host Johns Hopkins at Franklin Field on Saturday, while the men face No. 10 Duke in Charlotte, N.C.

Penn's winter sports teams aren't resting just yet. Though the women's squash season is winding down, indoor track and field and gymnastics still have a few weeks to go.

The final stretch begins now for Penn men’s basketball, as the Quakers prepare to journey north and take on Harvard and Dartmouth in the longest road trip of the year.
