A Philly cab driver has issued a lawsuit against Penn’s Police Department after allegedly being assaulted by four officers last Friday.

“The task force will work covertly and overtly to see if we can apprehend the individual or individuals committing the crimes,” Vice President for Public Safety, Maureen Rush, said.
