Philly Queer March For Black Lives Celebrates Intersectionality

Over 500 people gathered in LOVE Park on Sunday afternoon for the Philly Queer March for Black Lives. The event was just as much a celebration of Black transgender women as it was a continuation of weeks of Philadelphia protests against ongoing racial injustice.



Day 8 of Philadelphia Protests Concludes With Dance Circle

June 6, 2020

As protesters dispersed from the Philadelphia Museum of Art, a dance circle of dozens of adults, families, and small children began. Today’s demonstration ended with what Eugene Puryear, one of the leaders of the protest, called “one of the best spirits in a crowd” he had ever seen. Footage by Chase Sutton
