College sophomore Chaz Smith paired up with One Student, a nonprofit organization that seeks to raise awareness of sexual assault, to produce a video on the importance of gender stereotypes in the way conversations about sexual assault are carried out.

In the video, Smith makes analogies to baseball to explain societal ideas about the sexual behavior of men and women. "Guys, we are not the offense, and women are not the defense," Smith says in the video.

Smith explained to The Huffington Post that his goal with the video was to reach out to men. "I want more guys who may be indifferent towards sexual violence to step up and realize how much of a difference we can make, and I want people to stop thinking that love and respect is corny."
