Saludos compa?eros! Hailing from the suburbs of Southern California and embarking on a new journey across the country at UPenn, I knew that my next four years of college would consist of a lot of work and fun; which is why being a part of Class Board as the SAS (College) Class Chair would be a fantastic opportunity to truly make sure we have plenty of it! As freshmen, being new on campus can be intimidating and even an awkward transition. However, if elected to the Class Board I fully intend to promote school spirit, unity, and pride through social events where the opportunities of making new friends and having a good time, while keeping the Penn traditions alive, will be a priority. Also, as the SAS chair, I intend to create a strong liaison between student government and my College peers. So, remember to vote YES for Yessenia!
