There are many things that make Penn great. It was because of the great possibilities this university has offered me that I decided to run for the Undergraduate Assembly to represent the College of Arts and Sciences. I did not come to this idea lightly. I wanted to make sure that if I did this, I did it right. This past year I decided that I had to give back to Penn, a place that had given me so much. We’ve all noticed small things that could make our experience better. My main plans for reform involve trying to help groups maintain membership, beyond just their executive boards, and making it so that outside scholarships are no longer taken out of a student’s financial aid package. These are just two issues I hope to address, issues that affect us all, and, as such, issues that can be addressed together.
