Hello Whartonites!
I am Chris Cortes, also known as Sassy Chris, and I am running for Undergraduate Assembly (UA), Wharton Rep, re-election! As a current member of the UA, I have made various efforts to address some of the problems concerning the Penn community. Sitting at the UA body and Student Life Committee meetings, I have had the opportunity to understand the complexities of this University in order to utilize our resources for the student’s benefit. As of right now, I am working on improving communication between student organizations and pre-frosh to enhance the participation of freshmen in student organizations. If I am once again given the opportunity to sit on the UA, I will no doubt continue this project, in addition to tackling some others.
