Spruce Street between 34th and 36th streets will be closed to westbound traffic from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, according to a Division of Public Safety traffic advisory e-mail. The closure is due to road construction.
Traffic will be permitted to travel eastbound all day.
