Peterson rescinds his commitment to Tigers
Jeff Peterson, a 6-foot point guard out of Hyattsville, Md., has withdrawn his commitment to play basketball at Princeton next year and reopened his recruitment, according to the highly regarded recruiting Web site scout.com.
Now that Peterson, who attended the same high school as Penn senior Stephen Danley, may be out of the picture, the only remaining members of Joe Scott's Class of 2011 are 6-6 forward Kareem Maddox of Oak Park, Calif. and 6-5 wing Jason Liberman from Rosyln Heights, N.Y.
No details are known about where Peterson may end up.
