The Office of Student Conduct concluded its investigation into an incident last month involving the Sigma Delta Tau sorority yesterday.

The OSC began its investigation, which included numerous student interviews, last month after the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs reported an incident involving the sorority on Feb. 6.

At the start of the investigation, OSC Director Michele Goldfarb had said that the incident appeared to be alcohol-related.

The investigation's findings were passed on to OFSA and will be reviewed by Scott Reikofski, its director. Neither Goldfarb nor Reikofski would release information about the contents of the report yesterday.

OFSA will begin working in conjunction with representatives of the sorority's national organization to examine the OSC's findings and determine an appropriate course of action.

Reikofski added that the national organization is aware of the situation and explained that any disciplinary action that results from the findings will represent "a joint decision."

"We're going to fully support the National," Reikofski said, adding that he hopes OFSA and the national organization will "be on the same page" in their assessment of the situation.

Goldfarb said that as long as OFSA and the sorority's national organization are able to come to a resolution, the OSC will not "play any further role" in the process.

Panhellenic Council President Alison Ng, a Wharton junior, said last night that she had not yet seen the report.

The executive director of SDT's national office in Indianapolis could not be reached for comment last night.
