Filmmaker and producer Duncan Kenworthy, a 1973 Annenberg alumnus, will deliver the lecture as part of the annual event which brings students, alumni and professors -- as well as University Trustees Walter and Leonore Annenberg, the school's main benefactors -- together for a reception, lecture and dinner. On Wednesday, a day-long gala will include several presentations by well-known figures in politics and communications, as well as a building dedication for the new home of the Annenberg Public Policy Center, tours of the renovated building and panel discussions moderated by Annenberg faculty. One panel session, entitled "Presidential Election Campaigns: Past and Future," will be moderated by David Eisenhower, an Annenberg faculty member and son of the former president. At 9 a.m. Wednesday, New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman will deliver the morning keynote address, while Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author David Halberstam will speak at 6 p.m. NBC news anchor Tom Brokaw will also appear as part of Wednesday's activities.
