Speeches should be no longer than five minutes long, and all students who write speeches will be given a chance to audition. Completed applications and speeches must be returned to the College Office, located on the Mezzanine Level of the Mellon Bank Building at 36th and Walnut streets, by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18. -- Gayle Meyers
