The speech is sponsored by the Penn Political Union. PPU Chairperson Denise Wolf said that the speech will provide a good "warm-up" for the mayorial candidate debate the group will be hosting in March. "We are very enthusiastic about Goode coming," Wolf said last night. A question and answer session will follow the 30-minute speech. The speech will start at 8 p.m. in Vance Hall room B6 and admission is free. -- Matthew Klein
