BRIEF: Author Williams to read poetry tonight

Williams will interpret the black women's experience through performance, poetry, drama and song. College junior Christine Bussey, Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority cultural committee co-chairperson, said Williams will perform two half-hour sessions with a brief intermission. AKA, whose theme for Black History Month deals with the cultural achievements of blacks, is sponsoring the performance. -- Michelle Filippo
