The lab, equipped with 20 Macintosh computers and 10 IBM PCs, was built because of a need for more computer facilities that are open all night, said Vice Provost and Director of Libraries Paul Mosher. And according to Ancil George, head of Rosengarten Reading Room, many people already take advantage of the equipment. The lab, located in Rosengarten Reserve room, matches the new extended hours of the room. College freshman Shelley Bruxvoort spent the night there recently and said that the new extended hours are convenient for her. "The cool thing is that it is open all night," Bruxvoort said. "The environment is more conducive to working than it is in English house." -- Stephanie HochbergComments powered by Disqus
