President Barack Obama spoke in Chicago following his re-election victory Tuesday night. Television networks and national media outlets began calling the election for Obama at around 11:20 p.m. Tuesday. In his victory speech, Obama predicted that “the best is yet to come” in his remaining four years in the White House.
